Service account for end user
If you are an end user who wants to activate a service contract issued by BOLL Engineering (e.g. Hotswap) or have a Palo Alto Networks ASC support contract
(and want to open a ticket), you need a service account.
Resellers with a partner account do not need a service account. The functions are also available in the partner account in the 'Technology Services' area.
